Ed and Kathy are Erik and Marissa's grandparents. Ed recently retired from a distinguished career as an attorney in SE Alaska. They came down in December in their RV and stayed into January. Of course, they brought Murphy, pictured below in Ed's lap. While they were here, we took in some of SW Florida's attractions, including airboat rides, Safari tours and a trip to Busch Gardens. Ed and Erik even went fishing one day. They stayed at an RV Park nearby that featured a heated pool, shuffle board and a hot tub where we all got to enjoy the relatively warm winter evenings.
